A Brief Account of Bill's Experience

Bill has worked with homeowners, business owners and investors throughout his real estate career and counsels clients step-by-step, from the early stages of the buying and selling process all the way through the closing and afterward, to ensure that they can anticipate what is expected of them as principals and he, as their Realtor, is obligated and committed to perform.  A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1975, Bill also holds a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator's license with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. 

Bill has completed special training to build skills in marketing Luxury Homes and Estate Properties and is a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
 
Bill does his “home work,” thoroughly analyzes market data and conveys those findings to his clients. He is careful not to promise what is not in the realm of possibility and believes strongly in the importance of remaining flexible. Bill has always been able to learn new things and change with the times, a philosophy that Bill embraces wholeheartedly.
 
His well rounded background which includes 9 years experience with Certified Business Brokers - Houston, TX.  As a Business Broker he worked with owners in the appraisal, sale and acquisition of closely held businesses in retail, distribution, manufacturing, and service industries. Bill also has extensive knowledge of every aspect of custom homebuilding and quality construction. A decided plus for his clients, he recently utilized these skills for himself when he acted as the General Contractor for construction of his own family home in Spring Valley Village.
 
Although he helps clients buy and sell property throughout the Greater Houston area, he focuses much of his attention to neighborhoods in Memorial, Spring Branch and west Houston.
 
On a personal level, Bill stays very involved in the community and active in professional organizations. A few of his relationships have come from organizations such as The Greater Houston Builders Association, State Securities Commission, Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Business Brokers, Toastmasters International, Boy Scout Leader Troop #673 Chaplain, St. Cecilia Catholic Church volunteer, 17 years as Oktoberfest cooking team leader and Business Network International (BNI).
 
Born and raised in Kerrville, Texas, Bill has been a resident of Houston since 1979. He is married and the father of a 27 year old son and a 24 year old daughter.
